Can I change or cancel my order?

We regret to inform you that once an order has been paid for, we are unable to cancel or amend it, as it is automatically processed for dispatch.

Cancellations or changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once your order is in processing, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it, as a shipping label is automatically assigned and it is being prepared for our design team.
