Does it say "delivered"? Please check with your neighbours, your mailbox and any reception desk in your building. Parcels sometimes turn up a day later. Still no parcel after 2 working days? Send us a message with your order number and we will sort it out.
Does it say your parcel is being returned? Send us your full address, including the house number and postcode, and we will send your order to the right address.
